The term "RescueMyPet or "us" or "we" refers to the owner of the website. The term "you" refers to the user or viewer of our website.

You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Payment

Payment is made by Paypal and at present this is the only way we accept payment. We do not accept cheques or postal orders. If you are experiencing any difficulties with making payment or do not hold a credit or debit card please email us at customerservices@rescuemypet.co.uk for further options.

Delivery

Your card and key fob should arrive with in 5 working days, though we aim to deliver within 2 working days. In circumstances outside of our control delivery may take up to 21 days.

Refunds

No refunds will be given once the subscription has been purchased.

Confidentiality

We obviously hold personal details of our subscribers; but under no circumstances will we sell, loan or rent customer details to any other party.

Updating details

It is essential that the details we hold for you are exact and up to date. It is wholly the responsibility of the subscriber to do this. Failure to do this could result in the wrong contact details being on our system and we accept no responsibility for failing to be able to contact nominated carers if we do not have the correct, current details.

The service

Our service commences when we are informed that you have been involved in an emergency situation. Should we fail to be notified we cannot be held responsible for your pet(s) not receiving care.

We DO NOT personally rescue your pet(s) - this is done by your nominated carers and on no account are we to be held responsible should they fail to act as they have been asked to. Once we are informed the pet(s) are safe by telephone we accept this and do not accept any responsibility for being given false or misleading information by the carers. We are not responsible for the level of care given to your pets whilst with your nominated carers. We are not responsible for the length of time it takes your carers to reach your pets but our service does not end until we are informed the pets are with the carer.

By subscribing to the service you agree that entry to your property by your nominated carers is allowed and you are aware that if the carer does not hold a key to your home that damage may be caused to gain entry. RescueMyPet cannot be held responsible for any damage caused.

Lost Cards/Replacements

Should you lose your card or key fob the charge for replacement is £3.50 including p+p.

Long term care following death or permenant inability to care for your pet(s)

While we hold details of your long term wishes for your pets this is simply to allow carers/family to know your wishes in the circumstances, it is no guarantee that these wishes will be carried out and this is not within the control of RescueMyPet.
