The seriously injured may be incapacitated or unconscious with no way to let someone know they are in trouble or need their pets attended to.

If you are taken ill at any time when you are away from home your pets will be left stranded so we are there to make sure your pets are rescued from that situation.

Whether you travel anytime for business or pleasure the RescueMyPet products are a necessity for pet owners. Our RescueMyPet system with its easy to read instructions, wallet card, key tag and unique Card ID; combined with our EMERGENCY CALL CENTER ensures your pet is protected 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Who can use this service?

Absolutely anyone who has pets!

If you are a pet owner and have a dog, cat, iguana, Pot belly pig, Parakeet, or just about any other type of pet, chances are you love them and are concerned about their well-being. RescueMyPet is a must have for EVERYONE with a pet!

Why should I subscribe?

RescueMyPet can help your pet in those emergency situations when you cannot be there for them.

How do I know if my card is still active?

You can login anytime to our system to view your profile. Your profile page is the main page shown after you login. You can view your expiration date which is found near the bottom of the profile page. Your card is active up until the day of the expiration date.

Does your company actually rescue my pets from my home?

No, we are a notification service.

We become a reliable friend to your pets when you carry any RescueMyPet identification product. If you are ever in an emergency situation where you cannot communicate or even if you just can't get to your pets... your identification can be used to immediately activate notification to your trusted pet rescue contacts that your pets need their help.

You can list your friends, family, neighbours, or anyone you trust as rescue contacts for your pet rescue when you sign up. We do NOT physically rescue your pets for you... your trusted contacts do!

How are my nominated carers notified?

Each pet has a detailed profile containing vital information that you enter into our system.

You also enter pet rescue contacts who can be anyone you agree to trust for the care of your animals if they are notified.

Your rescue contacts can save your pet's life. Police, fire, medical, or rescue personnel will call our service printed on your identification tags (wallet card, key fob) from anywhere in the UK at any time and communicate the Card ID found on your RescueMyPet card to our operator. This will immediately generate a call from RescueMyPet to your pet rescue contact that you are unable to return home and your pets need their help. If they do not respond to the call, we will leave a message and try back each hour three different times before calling your veterinarian and/or local humane services.

You always have your pet's safety with you. Put your RescueMyPet card in your wallet, purse, car, luggage or anywhere it might be needed in an emergency. We've notified Fire, Police, Hospital and emergency workers throughout the UK to make sure our products will be effective when used properly.

What if I have no rescue contacts?

If you do not have any friends, relatives, co-workers, or neighbours who can act as a pet rescue contact, then we suggest you ask your veterinarian or local animal rescue to become a contact for you. You might also consider local high school or college students or others offering services to house sit or animal sit in your local paper or phone directory.

Remember, once you have a rescue contact, keep it updated. There may also be commercial services that will charge you in the event your pets need their attention.

Is my personal information confidential?

Yes.

Your information is kept confidential in a secure server database accessed by only our entrusted emergency staff.

You can access and update your information and pet profiles 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. RESCUEMYPET DOES NOT SELL YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION TO ANY ORGANIZATIONS.

Pet Profiles can help emergency personnel identify, locate, and rescue your pets and under some circumstances, if you are incapacitated, your Personal Profile can be used to identify you for emergency personnel if you have authorized it.

What if I'm travelling?

Always carry your pet's safety information with you!

We believe that there is no better safety for your pets if you are traveling than carrying the RescueMyPet products. It can be used anywhere in the world, 24 hours a day to notify your pet rescue contacts that you have a problem and your pets need their attention.

Pets are loved universally and once your RescueMyPet identification is discovered people will not hesitate to use it to make sure your pets will be cared for.

Is this a form of Insurance?

We are NOT an Insurance Provider.

We do not provide funds or services to take care of your pet in the event you are incapacitated and cannot provide them with water, food, and/or see to their needs.

We notify the contacts you have provide to us so THEY will know of any potential problem and by pre-arrangement with you, will care for your pets. It is your contacts who will see to the needs of your pets.

What does it cost?

Only £12 per year gives your pets 24 hour protection anywhere in the UK and is valid for one 1 year, 2 years or 5 years, whichever subscription you choose. From less than 2 pence a day and you always have your pet's safety with you.

There are no additional charges... you can register up to 10 pets. The fee is a single fee per card.

RescueMyPet is also a wonderful GIFT for any pet lover.

What extra charges are there?

None.

You can enter up to 10 pets into our system with each package subscription. There are not any additional charges to cover multiple pets living in one household. We have no activation, licensing or subscription fees.

Just choose whether you want to subscribe for 1,2 or 3 years and you will be covered for 365 days of each year.

When do I renew my subscription?

Your RescueMyPet service renewal will cost £12.00 for 1 year.

Unless you select the option for auto-renewal, we do NOT automatically re-enroll you. We will notify you 45 and 15 days before your services expire and it is up to you to renew. Your credit card will not be charged without your consent.

When will my card arrive?

After purchasing, your card should arrive within 7 working days although we always aim to get your card to you within 2 working days. Then just keep your card and key fob with you when you are away from home and remember to keep your details with us up to date at all times by logging on and making changes when necessary.

How can I order Replacement/Extra Cards?

Should you lose your card or would like to purchase extra cards and keys fobs during the term of your subscription please email us with your current ID number to customerservices@rescuemypet.co.uk.
